Welcome to the website of the Military and Civilian Spouses' Club ("MCSC") for Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Area, Maryland!  We have exciting programs and activities planned throughout the 2008-2009 membership year.

MCSC, the only spouses' organization in the Aberdeen military community,  provides a support system for MCSC members, develops leadership skills, fosters unity within the military community, broadens and enriches the lives of its members and promotes the relationship between the military and surrounding civilian communities.

The mission of MCSC is twofold -- its primary purpose is to raise funds to support welfare requests from Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Area organizations, as well as those in our surrounding and supporting communities.  A significant portion of our fundraising efforts is also channeled into providing scholarship awards.

MCSC is more than just a social club. Every year we contribute thousands of dollars and volunteer hours to deserving local and national organizations.  MCSC activities help fund MCSC contributions to many worthwhile organizations and events.

MCSC also encourages its members to build relationships with each other.  Through programs like Operation Help Our Heroes, Bunco, Book Club, Lunch Bunch and others, there is ample opportunity to gather, socialize and get to know one another.  MCSC's monthly membership programs enable members to add variety to their social calendars.  From traditional luncheons with guest speakers, to our Wine Tasting dinner with your spouse, MCSC invites eligible members of the community to partake in fellowship and fun.

We invite you to join us!
